JOB TITLE: IT Project Manager

POSITION: One (1), Full Time

HOURS PER WEEK: 40

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Oversee and execute IT projects from inception to completion.

● Provide leadership for technical teams while bridging the gap between business and tech-related project

elements.

● Design each project phase while evaluating its business consequences.

● Ensure that projects meet set standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.

● Deliver project outputs while maintaining quality benchmarks.

● Craft or refine plans for IT projects detailing objectives, tech requirements, timelines, budgets, and

manpower.

● Evaluate and document the performance of project team members.

● Conduct risk evaluations and devise counter-strategies.

● Organize and lead discussions pertinent to IT projects.

● Formulate and implement a communication strategy for projects.

Worker may be required to travel to various anticipated worksites in the US to serve on short-term client projects where the worker will be placed at the client worksite, under the

direction/supervision of and reporting telephonically to the employer who will define the tasks to complete for these projects. Frequency varies in a given year, as projects may last a few

months to a few years depending on the scope of the project.

May telecommute.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 24 months of experience in Software developer or other computer-related occupation

9. GIT

Proficiency in the skills may be obtained through education or experience.
