JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design, build, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and social media using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams throughout all phases of campaign development to deliver personalized, data-driven marketing solutions.

Create and implement automated workflows using Journey Builder and Automation Studio for consistent customer engagement across multiple channels.

Segment and personalize audience groups to ensure targeted messaging and optimized campaign performance.

Oversee data integration and management within Marketing Cloud, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.

Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and improved engagement rates.

Work with creative and content teams to develop engaging, high-quality marketing content tailored to specific audiences.

Document campaign processes, strategies, and learnings, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer engagement metrics.

Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and adhere to industry best practices.

Support ongoing testing, debugging, and optimization processes to ensure seamless campaign execution.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with strong proficiency in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Studio, and Automation Studio.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Email Specialist or Consultant) is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization.

Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.

Experience in HTML/CSS and AMPscript is a plus.

Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
